WHM's "Email All Users" interface allows you to send mass emails to all WHM/cPanel users simultaneously. This is useful for communicating server maintenance schedules, security notifications, or important updates to both direct customers and reseller clients.
How to Send Email to All Users

Step 1: Log in to WHM
Access WHM with root credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Functions
From the WHM Home page, select Account Functions.

Step 3: Open Email All Users
Click Email All Users from the Account Functions menu.

Step 4: Compose Your Email
Fill in the required fields:
- Sender Name: The name that will appear as the sender
- Sender Email: The email address the message will come from
- Subject: Email subject line
- Message Body: The content of your email

Step 5: Configure Recipients and Send
Scroll to the bottom of the page. If you want to include resellers' customers in the email, check the box Send Email to Resellers' Customers. Then click Send.

Step 6: Review Your Information
The page will refresh after clicking Send. Review all the information you've entered to ensure accuracy.

Step 7: Confirm and Send
Click Send again to dispatch the email. A confirmation message "Emails have been sent!" will appear when the email has been successfully transmitted to all users.
